We're members of associations focussing on Pyrenees and Catalan cuisine –Cuina Pirinenca de Cerdanya and Fundació Institut de la Cuina-, promoting the spirit of organic and locally-sourced produce. We also promote the use of new trends to create traditional Catalan dishes, long-time dishes, with aromas that remind us of home and flavours that remind us of our grandmothers' cooking.

Where would we be without some delicious cannelloni, a meat and vegetable soup, some Catalan-style pig’s trotters or a fricandeau stew…, a world of dishes that are an intrinsic part of our lives.

We wholeheartedly believe in authentic, fresh and healthy cuisine, while respecting the environment and working with local producers.
